Can I collect the same day from your Ankara İvedik OSB address?
Yes. Hydraulic hoses, fittings and ferrules held in stock can be collected during working hours from our warehouse at İvedik OSB 1468. Cadde 2284. Sokak No:35. Calling ahead so the goods are picked saves you waiting.
I do not know which size I need — what should I do?
Send a photo of the removed part over WhatsApp. Placing a ruler or caliper beside it makes identification easier. If the standard marking on the hose is legible, sharing that is enough on its own.
Do you supply hoses ready crimped?
We can supply hose assemblies crimped, provided the size and the fitting type at each end are specified. The length must be given including the fitting ends.
Do you sell retail?
We work primarily on a wholesale basis with hydraulic service shops, machine manufacturers and spare parts dealers. For single items you are welcome to call us and we will direct you to your nearest dealer.
How long does dispatch take?
Items in stock are dispatched the same day within Ankara and by our contracted carrier across Türkiye. For special sizes not held in stock, the lead time is confirmed when the order is placed.
Can you provide a test certificate?
Just mention it when ordering and we will supply the batch test certificate and technical data sheet.
